Group Training

Group Training is designed for those seeking an alternative to one on one training. These resistance and cardiovascular based classes are held in our functional training area. These resistance and cardio based classes can be done in groups of two to four or larger boot camp classes of six to twelve. If you’re not sure where to start with your resistance training or bored with your current workout come try group training. These classes are available as an upgrade to our basic membership package.

TOTAL BODY STRENGTH- This class is a high intensity interval workout that focuses on strength training and core exercises to maximize you caloric expenditure. Designed as a circuit this class uses kettle balls, bands, medicine balls, TRX straps, battling ropes, your body weight and more.

METABOLIC CONDITIONING- This class is a high intensity interval class with a focus on cardiovascular conditioning. It includes some resistance training activities along with bursts of challenging cardiovascular movements.

WILD CARD- You never can tell what you’ll get with this workout it is a combination of the total body strength and metabolic conditioning classes. Interval lengths and exercises are left to chance based on the cards you draw.

SEMI PRIVATE- Designed for people who want or need more individual attention these group sessions consist of two to four people and are a cose effective alternative to personal training.
