Kidsroom hours are available at both Excell Fitness locations. Come drop off the kids and get a work out while we take care of your babysitting needs. Our paid staff is capable of caring for children from 8 weeks  to 12 years old. Unlimited monthly and punchcard packages are available. Call for details.
